What can Paul provide at your wedding?

Ceremony music

For whatever reason some people forget about their ceremony music until the last minute, especially when it is at a civil service. It is often left to the venue to play a Spotify playlist on an antiquated music system, where the music cannot be heard, (especially on your way in & out, the most important bits), and the track can stop and buffer at any time.

Paul plays piano & guitar, sings and always brings a sound system fit for the room. The most important thing to remember is don’t leave the ceremony and music to chance, get in touch now for help and advice.

Drinks reception

So you have done the official part, you're married and now the celebration begins. For Paul, judging where to pitch the feel of the drinks reception is really important. Too slow and it feels long and old fashioned, too fast and people are wondering what is happening. Paul sings a great variety of toe tapping, finger clicking classics, nothing too slow and nothing too fast, all with a smile on his face, helping people start to relax and keeping them occupied whilst the Bride and Groom are mingling and having pictures taken. If something more laidback is preferred, Paul can play piano instead.

wedding breakfast

The wedding breakfast is where Paul really comes into his own. People have tried to copy what he does, but no-one has the experience, energy, singing ability or poise that Paul possesses. He acts as Toastmaster or Host throughout, and has a variety of ways of including people in the day. It is knowing when and who to encourage to sing and dance throughout the meal, but also, and probably more importantly who to leave alone. People have often said his laid back approach won them over, and people who would never usually take part, were up dancing and singing without knowing how it happened.

evening celebration

Continuing the wedding day journey is as important at night as any other part of the day. Paul can sing your first dance, on guitar or Piano if preferred, arranging the music to be an acoustic version of virtually any song or sing to track, to make sure your first dance is personal and memorable. He then sings a mixture of Soul & Motown classics, together with some more modern songs to make sure the dancefloor is filled right from from the start. If you want something to really WOW your friends and family, Paul has one of, if not THE the best bands around; which can include, 2 additional singers, Drums, Guitar, Bass, Keys, Sax and Trumpet, they have to be seen and heard to be believed.
